| Yancey Smith |
| Co-owner. 19 years cutting hair. Yancey worked in San Diego shortly before coming back to his native city of Dallas. He trained with and worked for Roger Thompson (Original International Creative director for Vidal Sassoon) at the Barneys New York-Dallas salon. After salon three thirty opened in 1997, Roger continued to come to Dallas to the salon, thus allowing the training to continue. |

| Peg Cribari |
| Co-owner. 28 years in the hair industry has allowed Peg to experience different input of training ranging from Suga, Jaques Desange, The Burlingtons of London, Francois of Paris, Vidal Sassoon-London advanced school. All of which brought her to Roger Thompson (ORIGINAL International Creative Director for Vidal Sassoon), whom she met in 1989. Peg personally trained with, and worked for Roger for the better part of 10 years lasting from Roger's salon in Barneys New York, through the beginnings of salon three thirty until Roger's death in 1999. |

| Eric Culbertson |
| Co-owner. During his 15 years in the business, Eric has trained with the legendary colorist, Annie Humphreys of Vidal Sassoon. He also trained with Jingles in New York, and taught color techniques for Vero, a part of Joico products. Eric has been an integral part of salon three thirty since 2001. |

| Allie Wilemon |
| Allie has been in the business for 8 years, focusing soley on color. She has trained with Robert Cromeans and team, as well as taken advanced color classes with Christopher Dove, Creative Director of Wella. Allie specializes in Balayage. |

| Trisha Johnson |
| Trisha has been a haircutter/stylist for 8 years. She trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Callifornia and has continued her education through courses with Trevor Sorbi and Frederick Fekkai in New York. Trisha has styled hair for Betsey Johnson fashion shows. She also specializes in fabulous event blow-out/updo's. |

| Colorist. Over the 6 years of her career, Rachael has attended several advanced color seminars on color correction and creative color with Loreal and Schwartzkopf. |

| Christian Rodriguez |
| Christian has been a stylist for 8 years. He studied at Toni & Guy, where he continued to cut hair for 5 years. He was also a stylist and manager at Bang: Ft. Lauderale, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 3 years. Christian specializes in women's cuts, styling and updo's, as well as men's cuts. |

| Colorist. Alex has four years experience doing hair, specializing in color. He has worked primarily with and was trained by co-owner and color specialist, Eric Culbertson. Alex recently trained at Vidal Sassoon’s Santa Monica Academy, attending the Advanced Classic Color Class. |
